On May 25, 2026, Life Breeze received financing from The Hachijuni Nagano Bank using an enterprise value charge.
A system that looks at the business itself
An enterprise value charge is a new type of security based on the value of the business as a whole, rather than on individual assets such as land or buildings. Ours was set on the very day the system took effect.
A business like ours, which grows by opening stores in Africa, does not hold large amounts of land or buildings in Japan. Even so, we could borrow based on what the business is and the value it will create. For a company aiming to grow, this is a truly welcome system.
We are deeply grateful that our business of opening stores in Africa was recognized for what it is. The financing was also covered by newspapers and other media.
Holding ourselves to a higher standard
Securing a loan on the value of the whole business means that trust has been placed in the business itself. To live up to that trust, we will hold ourselves to an even higher standard and accelerate our store openings and business growth.
Each store gives time back to the people in its city. Opening more of them is the best way we can repay the trust we have received.
